Member count refers to the total number of active insured lives across all corporate clients on your platform - including employees and their registered dependants. The count is reconciled on the last working day of each month, and your bill reflects the highest count during that month.
There's no service disruption. Additional members are charged at your tier's overflow rate - billed monthly alongside your base subscription. When overflow charges would equal or exceed the next tier's price, we automatically upgrade your account and credit the difference - so you're always on the most cost-effective plan.
Zero setup fee, zero infrastructure charges. Your monthly subscription covers hosting, servers, maintenance, security, and platform updates. The only additional cost would be overflow member charges if you exceed your plan's included member count.
You can upgrade at any time - the new plan takes effect immediately and you're charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. For annual plans, downgrades are processed at the annual renewal date.
Annual subscribers get 15% off the monthly price - equivalent to getting about 2 months free. The annual amount is billed upfront. Overflow member charges are billed monthly regardless of your billing cycle.
